RECIPE:
Cook about 200g vegetables (carrot, beans, peas etc) and keep aside. Cook rice and toor dal (about 65g each) together in a vessel. To this add the cooked vegetables, contents of Umadi Bisibele Bhat Masala Pack, tamarind extract and salt to taste, simmer for 5 minutes, cashewnuts, curry leaves, onion, capsicum using ghee. Serve hot.

Jeera, Methi, Blackgram Dal, Dhaniya, Red Chilli, Cinnamon, Clove, Mixed Spices.
